  My husband ordered #12 and only 1/2 the sandwich had a tiny bit of avocado. The staff here are not friendly at all, and the music was so loud I couldn't carry a conversation with him! I will however say this restaurant was very clean!

  This Jimmy John's was much better before they moved to their current location. I know they didn't have control over the move, but for some reason they were friendlier, faster, and the food was better quality prior to moving. We used to order from them twice a week before the move and since have ordered maybe a handful of times. They also refuse to put hot peppers on the side which I've never had an issue with at any other Jimmy John's. I do my best to avoid this location.

  I just called to get delivery and they stated I was too far away. I live in Woodlawn Village and they are on Dressler which is 2.1 miles away, the other is on Tuscararus which is 2.2 miles away. I cannot believe neither one is willing to deliver stating it is too far. I love the food but I am really dissatisfied with the delivery service enough to not eat there anyone. So sorry guys cause I was a good customer.
