  So I called to place an order at like 5 o'clock in the afternoon.. I talked to some kid named Cody. He was so fast to get me off the phone. Okay anything else yeah what else what do you want type of service. Then I said how about pop and he quickly tells me Pepsi products and I say Dr Pepper and he goes yeah okay what else and I say that's it and I'm paying with a card he goes what's the number okay 45 minutes bye. Like I get that places get busy. I work in customer service and food industry so I get it but that's not a way to handle a call

  Just phoned to ask about delivery to my area and Cody, GM, took the time to search and explain the menu, choices and services offered to myself, a disgruntled foodie who lives on delivery and carry out from other places.
  
  Just for the matter of his patience and friendliness when I wasn't even placing an order I will not only do business with them but be a loyal supporter. This type of courtesy, kindness and attitude is what it is all about, folks.
  
  More businesses could learn a thing or two on how this young man, Cody and Hungry Howies operates.
  
  I thank you greatly!
